blackout blinds nice shower spacious feeling
the room had blackout blinds (very useful for sleeping). i found a nice shower with good lighting. the design gave a spacious feeling, which i appreciated.
the air conditioning could not be fully turned off, making the room a bit cold.

poor heating complicated tablet
the staff was superb and helpful at every interaction (i must say). ironing hubs located on every floor are convenient.
The heating in the room disappointed me. it was cold. the room did not heat up to an appropriate temperature. the tablet to control all the tech in the room is over complicated. Lights turned off unexpectedly.

clever design blackout blinds comfortable bed poor heating complicated tablet difficult controls
The room design felt clever and maximized the space. Blackout blinds were very effective. The bed provided a comfortable sleep.
The heating did not work well in my room. It never reached a comfortable temperature. The tablet was overly complicated. I found controlling the lights and tv difficult.

the hotel has modern decor. st patrick's cathedral is right across the street (a very convenient location).

Modern Hotel with some Issues
small room in-room tablet
The room size was a bit small. I found the tablet controlling the room features difficult. The lights turned off at random times, it was not convenient. there were no coffee facilities in the room. Getting coffee from downstairs was not practical.

The decor felt so modern. i liked the automated check in and the tv experience. the room amenities were complete too. That really helped.
i arrived and realized i had booked the day before my actual arrival. no one contacted me after i was promised a call.
